Non-disclosure note

The main goal of   (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) is to protect the interests of our clients and make sure their personal data is secure. We keep and process information received from our customers using computers protected by advanced security systems.

We will not sell or transfer your personal information to third parties for any reason without your consent, as provided for by the terms and conditions of the Service Agreement. Your personal data will only be used in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Service Agreement. We extend these guiding principles to the staff of the Company as well: any employee may refuse to provide their personal data for work purposes. We protect the privacy of our staff in adherence to the law.

Personal data received from the customer can include:

Personal data the Customer will provide in the attachment, questionnaires and the form for opening an account:

• Your full name; residence address, citizenship, date of birth, passport details, email address, and mobile telephone number;
• All documents the Customer provides to prove money transfer to the account: a money transfer order, bank account statements, copies of the credit card etc.

Procedure for using personal data

The Company may use the Customers’ personal data to:

• verify their identity;
• process all of the Customers’ transactions;
• inform the Customer that the range of products and services provided by the Company has been expanded;
• provide other services.

Third parties

The Company may provide the Customer’s personal data to third parties. Third parties include affiliates, banks, auditors, agents of the Company, including payment agents and other persons (hereinafter referred to as the “Third Parties”) solely to comply with the terms specified in the Agreement concerning provision of services. The Company guarantees that third parties intend to comply with the terms hereof and take the relevant measures to protect the confidentiality of the Customers’ personal data.

The Company may provide confidential information about the personal data of the Customers to Third Parties (except for attorneys) in case of an official request issued by an authorised body.

Right to complain

The Customer may file a complaint with the relevant regulatory authorities if he/she believes that his/her rights have been violated by the Company in accordance herewith.

Permit to use personal data

During the account registration with the Company and/or use of any services provided by the Company, the Customer agrees to the Company’s use and processing of his/her personal data in accordance with the terms of the Agreement on the Terms of Service and the Non-disclosure Note throughout the term hereof.

The current Permit is valid for the duration of the Agreement on the Terms of Service between the Company and the Customer as well as for one year after the Agreement on the Terms of Service is terminated, or until the Customer withdraws the Permit (as described above).

The Customer agrees that cookies can be used on certain pages of the Company’s website to provide prompt and easy access to all Customers. If the Customer has objections to the use of cookies, many modern web browsers provide an opportunity to reject cookies, which provide full access to the Company’s website.

At   we take your privacy seriously and will use your personal data to administer your account and to provide the products and services you request from the Company.

However, the Company would like to be able to contact you sometimes to provide more detailed information about new services/bonuses, which the Company offers. If the Customer agrees to be contacted for this purpose, the Company will be grateful for providing a communication method, which would be most convenient to the Customer. The following ones are available to the Company:

• Publication
• Email
• Telephone number
• Text message
• Automatic call

We also inform that the Company would like to transfer the Customer’s data to another clearly defined category of companies, which are partners of our Company for them to be able to contact you by mail. Thus the Customer will be aware of the detailed information about the offers/services/contests provided by the Company. We inform you that you have the right to withdraw this Permit at any time by sending a detailed notice of cancellation of this Permit at support@growline.email. Upon receipt of the Customer’s notice by the Company’s, the Permit will be deemed withdrawn without delay. You understand and agree to this right to cancel the Permit:
